Pilates for Back Pain

Pilates is more than a bare fitness program.

It is therapy, curative treatment, rehabilitation and also a way of life - a philosophy - that can help with chronic back pain.

My special Pilate exercises for back pain are aimed at strengthening the back and making it fit.

My training program includes an optimal preparation.
We stretch our backs and warm ourselves to prevent injuries.

After we have optimally warmed up, it can start with the right "Pilates-for-Back-Pain-Work-out".
